Premier: Standard* + Crash prevention and recovery, specialized software support, System Works, ghost, training, unlimited phone calls, unlimited hardware visits for NE FL.  Renewal is only $89 for three months.  Upon receipt of renewal fee, we log on to your computer and perform maintenance and stay on call for another subscription period.

Standard: Basic* + regular backups, antivirus, one hardware visit per period in Duval FL,
unlimited support logins to your computer, phone support.

*Basic: All Updates, elimination of spyware, viruses and adware, fix corruption on the hard drive, all temp file cleanup, RTS, record all technical data, restore point, a total of 22 services performed, plus one repair session during subscription, each additional session $9.95, unlimited emails. Renewal is for six months for home computers and three months for business computers. There is a $30 additional charge for very slow computers and those with file sharing or dial-up. The subscription and any additional agreement is void should the client install any file-sharing program, like Limewire, Morpheus, Kazzaa, etc. We consider these programs to be unethical at lease and possible illegal and are breeding grounds for the most sever viruses and spyware.
