Returns and Refunds Policy All efforts will be made to provide good service. No item is customizable unless so stated. All sales of merchandise are final, no returns or exchanges after delivery. Warranties are addressed directly with the manufacturer except as stated with PC computers. In the event of an installation, we test the merchandise for functionality and will not install one that does not work. Other than that, the buyer has factory warranty and tech support from the manufacturer and its web site for recourse on how to use the product or if it is a factory defect. Sales tax will be charged on taxable merchandise if you are in the state of Florida at the time of purchase. Privacy Policy Under no circumstances will PCWorks sell, give away, share or in any way distribute any customer information obtained as a result of sale of merchandise or services. We log in to our clients' computers only for maintenance purposes. The client will always know and approve of our login because he/she will either request it, like by phone or email, or will expect it, such as when you pay for a renewal. We do not log in at any other time nor for any other purpose. When we perform service on a computer, we only work on the operating system and the unnecessary files and folders, such as temporary or junk files. We do not open personal files or programs unless asked to do so. All privacy is preserved. |
