2. While on the phone, enter the PIN code given to you by our technician, into box above.
3. Download and run a small, temporary program:  (a) click any yellow information bar at the top and click Download File; (b) click the Run button twice (not the one in the yellow circle).
4. Services include chat window, remote access, file transfer, and system monitoring.  We service all versions of Windows Vista, XP and 2000.

Once allow us and we access computer,  the technician will examine your computer, and unless you want the more permanent Remote Tech Support, the first 30 minutes are only $29 during which we will try to determine what may be ailing your computer and what it may take to fix it.  Should the session exceed 30 minutes the rate is $49 per hour unless you get Remote Tech Support or RTS.  All subsequent hours are $49.  However, if you switch to an  RTS subscription, you only have to pay $59, including fixing the problem.  Should you take RTS, OnlinePCWorks will clean up viruses, popups, spyware, malware, clean computer junk, start crash prevention,   In the process our computer tech, using a remote connection, will fix your computer.  It will also go a long way to prevent a computer crash.

If you are already an RTS client, you do not need QuikTech.  All you need to do is message us from the icon on your desktop and most all fixes can be done at no charge since it is covered by your subscription. 

If you are not available during the above times or in no particular hurry, you can also try out QuickTech by email.  To do it by email, send your request using the form above or through our Contact Us page.  We will reply to your email with a link which you click to download the little program, then grant access to the technician.

QuikTek is an excellent way for a PCWorks technician to log on to your computer online and fix viruses, spyware, popups, and even a slow computer.  We will make any necessary adjustments to the machine to speed it up and, if time permits, get some updates.  Once you see how a PCWorks tech can get QuikTek to improve the performance of your computer, we hope you would consider making us your online technician and move up to PCWorks' Remote Tech Support (RTS).  Computers, like cars, need maintenance.  Our services are like the oil change/tune up for your computer.  Though we don't do physical repairs, our work will have similar effect should the problem be software related.  Many people are amazed at the difference in the speed of the computer after we perform our service and you will be too.  Should we not be able to create a noticeable improvement in your computer's performance, we will not charge your credit card.  However, we feel you will be pleasantly surprised at the result.
