| We sell new computers in Jacksonville, FL area. (We can ship to other parts of the US - call first.) When you buy a computer from us, delivery and installation are included. We have 5 categories (first 4 are desktops): Basic, Standard, Premier, Custom and Laptop. All computers are new Dells, in the original box, with full factory warranty, Windows XP or Vista, keyboard and mouse. They come with an installation of Remote Tech Support and you can email us questions for 30 days, after which you can subscribe to RTS for an ongoing maintenance and remote tech support service. You can also trade in your old computer. Monitor, speakers and laptop carrying case are extra. Merchandise on this page is only available to residents of Jacksonville, FL. Our new computers are shipped from the factory to us and then delivered to our Jacksonville customers. Most are of the kind that were previously sold new, but never delivered and never opened. Others are scratch and dent (nothing that effects performance) or refurbished. All come with a full factory warranty just like the new ones. Customized machines are completely original, manufactured to your specifications and delivered completely new. When we deliver any of our new computers in Jacksonville, we unpack it, set it up, turn it on, and if possible, connect it to the Internet. Though we do not accept returns, if you have RTS, we will assist with any warranty issue. This includes phone numbers, tech support web pages and emails, as well as tech support for the machine itself. We will give technical advice from our technicians by email or phone.
