Remote Tech Support uses cutting edge technology to fix a
computer anywhere in the world. Our technician has software powerful
enough to link up to your computer and work on it from where it is, just as if it were in our
shop. We can perform a one-time immediate fix, no contract and no
software remains. We can also do routinely service computer at predetermined times upon which we
will email you in advance. Upon completion, a report will be posted to the
computer for you to examine. With a maintenance agreement, we
engage in computer crash prevention and you can call us on
our toll free number or email us and we will immediately log on to your
computer. We can assess the problem and sometimes even fix
it without a scheduled appointment. We also have the ability to open a chat window on your computer and
discuss the problem or guide you in any instruction you may need.
And with our call center, we can do that while on the phone with you.
Once you have completed the brief setup instructions, you
will have a little gray icon on the lower right of your screen next to your
clock. In it you have the ability to deactivate it if you do not want any
PCWorks to access your computer for a period of time. If you decide you
want to cancel the service, all you have to do is uninstall it like any other
program.
